17 Russian regions sent the request to the Labour’s Ministry to involve new professionals from Turkey who are interested in working in Russia next year. It was reported by the press service, according to the Minister of Labour’s Ministry and Russian Social Department Maxim Topilin.
Regions, in accordance with the request of the Russian government, until 7th of December, should provide to the Labour’s Ministry the offers to attract new professionals from Turkey. This offers should be approved by the federal executive authority, informed by Tass.
Moreover, the Labour’s Ministry receives letters from some employers to include them to the list of organizations which will have the right to employ Turkish workers from 1st of January 2016. However, on the Minister Maxim Topilin opinion, businessmen do not need to appeal to the ministry but to the regions’ authorities.
It is important to note, the head of the Labour’s Ministry reported that the ban, on the Turkish workers’ involvement, will not affect the employers from the list, which will be approved by the Russian Government, also including migrant workers from Turkey, who work legally in the Russian Federation up to 31st of December, 2015.
