The factory produces about 25 kinds of imported cheeses, such as Parmesan, Mozzarella, Gouda, Edam, Maasdam, Mimolet and many others. Furthermore, Mr Sezer has started the produstion of goat cheese and the products from buffalo milk. Originally produced products were offered only in the hotels belonging to the owner of the factory, but with the time, production volumes increased, and the factory has started to deliver the chesse on the shelves of Turkish shops.
According to the owner, for the production of Italian cheeses it was purchased special equipment from Italy, in addition the factory has as an employee the famous Italian master. Technologies for the production of parmesan are one to one similar to Italian ones. The factory owner said that recently requests for supplies began to arrive from abroad, but Yilmaz Sezer is not in a hurry to enter the international market and he decided to concentrate on the Turkish market.
