Since April 1, Butterfly Park welcomed its first visitors

It is the only Turkish gated park where over 50 species of butterflies from 25 countries of the world live in their natural habitat. The unique project will interest both children and adults.

In addition to exhibitions of butterflies, the park has a lot of other entertainments – attractions, cafes and leisure areas. In this year, the visitors of the Butterfly Park can see the new inhabitants – the largest in the world butterfly of Atlas species which were brought here from Sri Lanka and Malaysia. Wings of a huge butterfly reach 26 cm in length and insect lives only five days.
Totally now the territory of the Butterfly Park is home to around 1,500 representatives of these amazing fragile insects. Some butterflies live only 1 day, some – 1-2 days. Employees of the park grow butterflies from pupae taking care to save the number of the inhabitants of the exposures.
