Customs actually banned the importation of utilities from Turkey for the engineering plants of the city.
Vice-Governor of St. Petersburg Sergei Movchan made the request to the first deputy of the Federal Customs Service Vladimir Malinin to unlock the importation of utilities from Turkey for the engineering plants of the city.
The motor industry is one of the leading industries of St. Petersburg. At the city is placed the plants of the world’s leading automakers: Toyota, Nissan, Hyundai, Scania, MAH and other utilities from suppliers.
Despite the law, coming into effect on order of the Russian government, which prohibits (is delayed up to 1st of January) the import of certain sorts of food, nowadays the 100% goods are screened, even if are not included in the sanctions list, approved by government’s decree after the presidential decision.
