According to the newspaper, first time the Turkish secret services paid the attention to Bali in 2002 due to his involvement in the terrorist group “Al-Qaeda”, those years he was serving in a prison. In 2012, he went to Syria and joined the terrorist group “Al-Nusra Dzhebhat” and then to the IS. Turkish police kept under the surveillance Bali until January 2014 and wiretapped the phone, and then got off the trail.
