Istanbul Electricity, Tramway and Tunnel General Directorate (İETT) in cooperation with Turkish International Cooperation and Development Agency (TİKA) continue to deliver the buses in working condition to the countries in need.
The governor of the province of Istanbul Kadir Topbas after his meeting with the Prime Minister of Chad Kalzeube Pahimi Deuba sent to Chad and Liberia 20 urban public buses.
Turkish President Erdogan said earlier that in addition to the buses, which have been delivered to Ghana, Turkey plans to send another 30 buses.
In the following period, with the support and cooperation of İETT and TİKA the delivery of buses to countries in need will be continued.
Among the regions, which will be provided with the buses, there are countries such as Côte d’Ivoire, Nigeria and others.
